Okay friends — here’s the deal. You do not have to be an artist to come to this. You just have to be a human who wants to loosen up, push some paint around, and maybe laugh at yourself when you realize you’re still holding your shoulders up by your ears.
We’ll spend our time playing with color, texture, and tools (yes, brushes, but also sponges, scrapers, maybe even your fingers if you’re brave enough). We’re not here to make a “perfect painting.” We’re here to let our nervous systems breathe, to relax, to play.

We’ll start with paper and try out a bunch of supplies together — lighthearted, messy, fun.
Then you’ll get a canvas and turn up the freedom: bold strokes, weird shapes, layers of color, whatever your soul needs.
We’ll wrap up by sharing what we felt and what little reminder we’ll take back out into our “real lives.”
