RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every Porchlight Letter is handwritten with care, folded with intention, and sent with love. Because each note is personal and made to order, our shipping process may look a little different than standard online shops.

How It Works

  • Handwritten with Intention
    Each letter is created by hand—one at a time. We believe in slow, meaningful connection, which means we don’t rush through the process.

  • Made to Order
    Your letter is written after your order is received, not before. This helps us keep things personal, relevant, and true to your intention.

  • Shipping Timeline
    We typically ship within 5–10 business days of your order. During periods of high demand or when our waitlist is full, your letter may take longer to arrive.

    We promise:

    --And we will send it as soon as your turn arrives.

  • Subscription Letters
    For our Heirloom subscribers, letters are mailed around the [insert monthly ship date, e.g., 15th of each month]. We’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

 Delivery Details

  • Shipping Carrier:
    We use USPS First Class Mail for most letters. Once your letter is in the mail, we’ll send you a confirmation.

  • Domestic Shipping Only (for now):
    At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

  • Delays Beyond Our Control:
    Once a letter leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service. Weather, holidays, and regional delays may affect delivery times.
